To the Question of Culture Integration of the West and the East (on the Example of Fine Arts of Kazakhstan, Mongolia and China)
Abstract
The article considers the topical problem of integration of the West and East cultures, shows the role of the Russian art school and the Russian art educational institutions to involve the artists of Kazakhstan, Mongolia and China in European fine arts. Integration of cultures is a old and continuous process, but now it is in the center of attention of cultural science, eth-noart studies, art criticism. Altai, Mongolia, China, Kazakhstan are multiethnic territories. It is a place of living and development of many national traditions, which determines progressive development of the regions. The author studied the problem, being the direct participant of creative trips to Kazakhstan (2004), Mongolia (1984, 2005). Natural, cultural and historical capacity of these countries and territories is great and valuable in the course of integration of national cultures on the basis of dialogue. The purpose of the article is to draw attention to the history of art culture of Altai and its adjacent territories, to remind of continuity of culture, universal values, and also that preservation of cultural and art continuity is a convincing sign of spiritual and moral health of society.
