To the Question of Yurismetriya as a New Scientific Area of Research in Jurisprudence
Abstract
The article presents the prerequisites and need to use cross-disciplinary scientific synthesis when the new scientific result is achieved on a joint of research of the different scientific directions, and, as a result, to form such an independent section of jurisprudence as a yurismetriya — the generalizing, multidisciplinary scientific and pedagogical branch in jurisprudence. The description is given of the object and the subject of the research of this scientific direction, its subject structure, the basic principles of activity in the field and also tools by means of which it is possible to receive the required results in the studied direction. The legal technology is presented in this article as an integral and the main part of yurismetriya, the description is given of the main aspects where legal technology is applicable, and also the signs, classification and forms (quality) of its manifestation. Ideas of legal technology of several researchers in the field are brought and compared. The description and structure of the term "yurisometric" offered by professor D.S. Dyadkin is provided. The decription is given to the concepts "yurismetriya" and "yurisometrica" as well as their relations.
