Mirotvortsev in which a managerial, economic and natural position is analyzed in detail the history and state of affairs of the Altaic complex salt business in 1911. The authors conclude that the Altai administration made a timid step towards the implementation of an environmental Cabinet’s policy in relation to his economy, which is associated with the general course on improving the efficiency of the entire Cabinet’s economic and territorial complex at the beginning of the XXth century. Environmentally friendly manifested as a factor of commercial activity when the business entity’s interest in the effective operation and the need for stable reproduction is inevitably accompanied by the inclusion of significant environmental component in the current policy.
