Algorithm of Education of Ordinary Legal Consciousness of Modern Russian Society

Abstract

The object of research is the phenomenon of ordinary sense of justice of the Russians. The subject of the research is theoretical ideas about the ordinary sense of justice of the Russian society, the state and ways of its strengthening. The purpose of the article is the development of basic measures of education of everyday sense of justice. The author used such research methods as dialectical, logical, system-structural, formal-legal ones. The result of the work was a set of general and special measures for the education of ordinary sense of justice developed by the researcher, taking into account the current Russian legislation and law enforcement practice.

At present, as never before, the questions of modernizing the ordinary sense of justice of Russians through the recognition of its specificity and the revival of the original Russian legal values are acute. This can be done taking into account the achievements of all social sciences: history, sociology, pedagogy, psychology, philosophy, etc. Improvement of the Russian common sense of justice is possible only through the implementation of a purposeful systematic scientifically grounded activity in the legal education of the population of the country.

By now, it is time to recognize that it is ordinary sense of justice that plays a decisive role in the successful outcome of state reforms, since it is the support of the inhabitants that determines the effectiveness of legal regulation. The upbringing of ordinary sense of justice is the most important condition for completing the legal reform.
