The Activity of Altai Territory Prosecutor's Authorities on the Supervision of the Execution of the Laws in the Sphere of Soldiers' Families Interests Security during the World War II
Abstract
The article analyzes the new direction of general supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of the Altai Territory — supervision over implementation of laws in the sphere of protecting the interests of service families during the Great Patriotic War. On the basis of various sources and, above all, archival materials, the analysis is given to various aspects of activities of the prosecutor's office in the Altai Territory, which supervises the implementation of laws by state and local government bodies in this area, and the peculiarities of handling complaints received from servicemen and their families against inadequate provision of material assistance. The main problems the prosecutors faced, supervising the implementation of laws in the field of protecting interests of families of military personnel have been identified and analyzed.
