Leaflets, Appeals and Proclamations in the Villages in the Late 1920s — Early 1930s (Based on the Example of the Kazakh Soviet Autonomy)

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the opposition of the peasant village to the official ideology of power. “Anti-Soviet” rural propaganda was reflected in the form of leaflets, anonymous messages, appeals and proclamations. The relevance of the proposed topic lies in the author's analysis of the content of the identified documentary sources, first introduced into scientific circulation. The purpose of the proposed research problem is to study protest sentiments in the focus of the “culture of resistance”. As a result of studying archival materials, statistical data and dynamics of the growth in the number of distributed leaflets, anonymous appeals, etc. were obtained. The content of the analysis of their content consists of the prevalence of a block of economic goals, solutions to issues, restrictions in violation of their traditional economic structure. Peasant “Anti-Soviet propaganda” had no ideological background; anonymous threats were aimed primarily at protecting personal interests, including the protection of personal economic space. The article discusses the issues of manufacturing equipment and distributing leaflets.
