Features of Tactics of Initial Investigative Actions at Investigation of Causing of Grievous Bodily Harm
Abstract
The article raises the questions of the technique of investigation of the crimes connected with causing of grievous bodily harm, development of tactical recommendations on carrying out of investigatory actions at an initial stage of investigation: survey of a scene of crime, interrogation of the suspect, the victim, witnesses. The tactical recommendations being developed are based on taking into account the specifics of typical investigative situations of the cases of grievous bodily harm and investigative situations specific to the analysis of the investigative actions being analyzed. When determining the most effective tactical directions for the production of investigative actions, it is noted that it is necessary to take into account the characteristics of the criminalistic characterization of crimes associated with causing grievous bodily harm to health, analyze separate elements of the criminalistic characteristics and their influence on the tactics of the production of individual investigative actions. Tactical recommendations are proposed to improve the effectiveness of individual investigative actions.
